Dennis and his installation crew are licensed New York State installers and mechanics and Dennis is also a licensed dealer and operates and manages the licenses for Dave's Quality Homes. Dennis will come out to your site and supervise the installation process by his team of installers and mechanics and will ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase and that the appropriate building permits and certificates of occupancy are issued.

Caitlin is our senior housing consultant and will work hard to make sure that Dave's Quality Homes delivers the vision that you have for your home. She is dedicated to building a home for you that you will love for years to come. Ms. Noonan has been in the manufactured housing business for over 20 years, and has sold over 500 homes. She is thoroughly knowledgeable when it comes to financing, planning, and construction, and will make sure that you have the right site prep in place and for the seamless and stress free purchase and delivery of your manufactured or modular home. Ms. Noonan is a licensed dealer and also has her real estate license.

Jim is the other half of our experienced housing consultant team and has been in the manufactured and modular home business for over 25 years.
