We carry a variety of homes on our sales lot for you to view. You can also purchase our display models for immediate delivery. The benefit of purchasing a display model is the significant savings to you and the immediate delivery of the home to your site. Otherwise you have to wait for the factory to build your custom designed home and the process can take from between sixty to one hundred and twenty days, depending on how busy the factory is. You can also inquire with our housing consultants about pricing on floor models as we regularly hold seasonal sales to replace our floor plan with different models.
